The IPF GL Points Calculator is based on the new IPF GL formula for comparing relative strength across different bodyweights.
This is a handy tool for coaches to use during a powerlifting meet or in preparation for a meet for their athletes. Easy and intuitive design for quick calculations.
EASY TO USE
Easily switch between modes with a simple tap in the app "Male/Female", "Powerlifting/Bench" and "Classic/Equipped". The app recalculates the points on the fly!
THREE DIFFERENT MODES
- IPF GL Points: Enter bodyweight and total/exercises and the points will show. It will also show a reference to DOTS and Wilks (can be turned off).
- Target: Enter bodyweight and desired IPF GL point, the app tells you how much you need to lift to reach that IPF GL point. Include option to round to nearest 2.5.
- Meet mode: Compare yourself or others with other lifters, shows needed weight for first place. Filter lifters on IPF GL points, DOTS or Wilks.
INTERNATIONAL
- Both kilo (kg) and lbs (pounds) are supported.
